Delivery policy

Template text - the store owner should review and adapt it before launch.

Delivery charges

• Inside Dhaka district: ৳300
• Outside Dhaka: ৳800

The exact charge is shown at checkout once you choose your district.

Delivery time

Most in-stock items are delivered within 3-7 working days inside Dhaka and 5-12 working days elsewhere. We will call you to confirm a delivery time.

Payment before dispatch

For bKash and Nagad orders we dispatch after we have verified your payment. Unpaid orders are held for 24 hours and then cancelled automatically so the stock can go to other customers.
